- Can I move my Glammatic website over to another platform like Wix or Squarespace if I purchase a Lifetime plan? You will own the content of your website, meaning you are free to use any platform of your choice. Like any website platform, there are limitations to software depending on your technical ability. You will “own” the source content if you purchase a Lifetime Plan, but the source code may not work on other website platforms, just as Wix code does not work on Squarespace.
- What happens if Glammatic shuts down? We have been in business for over six years, have serviced thousands of companies, and have no intention of shutting down. If, for some unexpected reason, the Glammatic platform has to shut down within five years of the Lifetime plan purchase, we will refund the prorated value of the contract (benchmark $1,788/year).
- Will I get my money back if I cancel? We offer a one-month money-back guarantee, but there are no refunds beyond that.
- What happens if I want to upgrade my plan in the future? You will be quoted a prorated amount to upgrade your plan based on the cost of the service you wish to upgrade to.
- Can I transfer my Lifetime Plan to another business or individual? Yes, we’ll need written confirmation via email with an introduction to the new owner and an updated credit card on file.
- How does Customer Support work for Lifetime Plan members? As of January 2025, it works the same way as our Website plan. You can make edits directly using our Dashboard or email [email protected] with any edit/change requests, and our team will process the updates within our software’s capabilities.
Terms of Service language:
“Lifetime Plan” refers to a one-time payment option for continued access to Glammatic’s website services as defined herein. The Lifetime Plan grants the purchaser (“User”) perpetual access to the services and features explicitly outlined in the plan description as of January 8, 2025, which includes but is not limited to: Personalized Design, Dashboard Editor with Unlimited Users, Technical Search Engine Optimization, Custom Domain, Hosting, Website Security, Google Business Profile Integration, Ongoing Customer Support for edits and changes, and Regular ROI reports. Glammatic reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue specific features or services, provided that such changes do not materially diminish the core functionality of the User’s website as of the aforementioned date. The Lifetime Plan is non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms. In the event of Glammatic’s cessation of operations within five (5) years of the Lifetime Plan purchase, the User shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund based on an annual value of $1,788. Glammatic makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with third-party platforms. The Lifetime Plan does not entitle automatic access to future premium features or services not explicitly included at the time of purchase. Glammatic reserves the right to offer paid upgrades or additional services to Lifetime Plan holders at its discretion.
